Air bedding technology

This is the core technology in the production of air cushion napkins, through high-speed air flow to evenly distribute the fiber on the mesh belt, forming a fluffy fiber layer.

Chemical treatment

During the production process, the fiber may need to be chemically treated to enhance its water absorption and durability. These treatments usually include the addition of wet strength agents, softeners, etc.

Forming and cutting

The treated fiber layer goes through a molding and cutting process to finally become an air cushion napkin with a specific shape and size.
